Diva Challenge #169

Being rather prone to curves and circles, I quite enjoyed this one. I enjoy them all of course, but some are a real challenge whilst others are just fun to do. I did the colour one first as the design was closest to what Laura had asked, then I had a play with the circles.

Diva #168

This week a tangelation of the pattern "Rain". Couldn't help myself, I just had to use a colour!! But at least its a monochrome!

Also been practicing initials for a Facebook swap. As I had the red working nicely, I did a monochrome "M".

Diva Challenge #167

Ive had the best Mothers Day EVA!!!Went by train to my daughter Samy's place in Melbourne. She took me out for a Fine Dining meal which was amazing. After that we watched a dvd which we borrowed from a self serve box for $1!!Next day a delightful walk along the beach finishing with a coffee and yummies.

This weeks challenge is a Duo-tangle, i.e., a design using only two tangles. The two to use are Punzel and Wall.

Also been working on a few projects

Then this after noon had a puddle in acrylics to create a background for some tangles....

Diva Challenge #166

Another Use My Tangle challenge this week.( I was thrilled to received so many comments how folk liked to use my tangle "camellia" last week. Thanks for those encouraging words.)

Laura was suffering from insomnia one night and so doodled a design which she later developed into a tangle. I loved using this . It was so relaxing with the repetitive lines.

Last week I felt quite special as Laura chose my tangle Camelia and Linda selected one of my strings for #102!! So thought I'd better do a combination of both!

Last time I went away I set myself the above as a project, at last I have finished it!!

Diva Challenge #165...Use CAMELIA

I felt really chuffed this week as Linda chose one of my strings for #102, and Laura chose my tangle CAMELIA for this weeks UMT (Use My Tangle)!! Amazing, all in the same week.

I have posted two from my earlier post, plus a new one for the challenge. I was quite pleased with it,  as I normally am inclined to fill a tile. Often I dont know when to stop. However, I did do some Camelia 'shadows' in the background, which was a first!! Isn't it great that with zentangle, you just keep learning more and more!

I hope you all enjoyed using my tangle!
